The construction of the building consists of prefabricated elements - reinforced concrete pillars and beams, floor slabs, parapet walls, foundation cups of different sizes and corneas. The functional solution clearly separates the purposes and sectors in the building. The ground floor is dominated by a space intended for manipulation and a storage chamber with a manipulation corridor. As part of the manipulation space, there is an office space with a separate entrance, laboratory, wardrobe, kitchen, dining room and toilets. Upstairs, there is a gallery that will be used to store consumables needed for the hall to function.
The gallery is accessed via a steel staircase, and from there you enter the technical corridor.
For the facade walls, gray sandwich panels were used, mounted with a vertical stacking system, with polyurethane filling. So most of the facade consists of facade sandwich panels in a gray shade, and the rest is the concrete part of the structure. Sandwich panels with polyurethane filling were used on the roof, with an additional sandwich panel in the part of the bearing chambers under the roof sandwich panels in order to achieve the greatest possible thermal insulation.
Construction, construction-craft and installation works are performed, as well as works on landscaping. An internal road has been designed that connects to the already existing ones. The road is designed around the building, serving parking with 9PM administrative parking mode.
