Tourist Center

Contents - The Tourist Center is designed as a three-level building. The first level consists of an entrance hall, information desk, exhibition area and restaurant. Boiler room, sanitary unit and store room are situated on the second level. The first floor is designed as a flexible area and may be used for several purposes – office premises or a presentation hall.
Equipment - The facility is equipped with new furniture, the latest video surveillance system, cable system for telephony and computer networking, control of access to special-purpose premises, fire protection system, uninterruptible power supply – generating sets and stabilized voltage supply for computer and electronic equipment, sanitary units and ramps for people with special needs.
Useful information - The new building is a pilot project of low-energy consumption in Montenegro. Thanks to its contemporary energy efficient architecture, it has become a famous example in Montenegro. The facility is situated in the north-south direction and its façade is glazed with thermopan glass, with heat conductivity coefficient of k=0.10 w (m2*K), which ensures saving of electrical energy and exploitation of solar energy.
